Ontario Basketball is led by a Board of Directors, who set the strategic direction for the organization. Professional staff and volunteer committees carry out the day-to-day activities to advance OBA’s mission and priorities and to support its 185 members clubs and nearly 50,000 players, coaches and administrators.

Ontario Basketball’s Policies and Procedures are developed in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries’ Sport Recognition Policy.
Strategic Plan
Ontario Basketball’s 2021-2026 strategic plan defines the organization’s present strategy and direction, guides decision making and allocates resources for the five year period.
Annual Meeting of Members & Annual Reports
The purpose of the Annual Meeting of Members (AMM) of Ontario Basketball (OBA) is to deal with the usual business of OBA such as Board Reports, Staff Reports, Report of the Auditors, and Elections for the Board of Directors.
