Elite Camps has been running year-round basketball camps and programs in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) since 1999 and an overnight basketball camp since 2012. Now in their 20th year of operation, Elite Camps caters to over 5,000 athletes every year, making them one of the largest and longest running basketball camps in Canada. Their year-round programming includes summer day camps, Hoop Dreams Overnight Basketball Camp, school break day camps, weekly lessons, youth leagues, private training, after-school programs, and the Elite Advanced Basketball Academy (EABA). Programs are run out of their very own dedicated facilities—the Elite Camps Training Centre in Toronto and the Elite Camps Outdoor Leadership Centre on the South Bruce Peninsula—and throughout various gyms in the GTA. Elite Camps is an Ontario Camps Association (OCA) Accredited Camp.

Olympia Sports Camp is a long-time partner of Ontario Basketball. OSC offers over 90 sports and activities, including their top-rated basketball camp. Campers learn from highly accomplished coaching staff, play on Olympia’s 12 indoor and outdoor courts, interact with professional athletes and coaches, and enjoy free time to work privately with coaches, practice, and play pick-up games or to take a break to swim, sail, canoe, windsurf, kayak and relax during evening activities within the heartland of Muskoka.

Orangeville Prep Basketball’s 2024 Summer Camp offers six weeks of the highest-level elite basketball camp environment. Basketball education and training, taught by elite coaches at the world-renowned Athlete Institute in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. Overnight and Day Camp packages are available.

Naismith Basketball Camp, is a co-ed program that focuses on individual instruction, fundamentals, and team concepts. Naismith Basketball Camp has an equal focus balance of competition and fun. Campers age 6 to 18 can attend. Campers are grouped by age and skill level.

CASMA offers year-round programming for boys and girls ages 4 to 16. They specialize in a wide range of activities including arts & crafts, painting, basketball, soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, violin, public speaking & debate, S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and more! CASMA’s programs place a strong emphasis on developing and fostering a passion for youth that will guide them on the right path to success. CASMA aims to provide each student with an equal opportunity to learn and improve skills in a safe and positive environment.

Momentum Sports Group operates a basketball camp in Toronto which provides a great mix of skill development, character development and fun and engaging games and competitions. The camp is co-ed, for campers aged 9-14 year old, and is held at Northmount School for Boys in North York. Momentum Sports Group was founded in 2021. Following the conclusion of his pro career in 2020, founder Nem Mitrovic was looking for a way to stay involved in basketball and impact the lives of youth through sport.

Next Level Summer Camp is designed to help players develop proper basketball fundamentals and refine their game. The camp provides the perfect environment for young athletes of all skill levels to have fun, learn new skills, and best of all: improve! Athletes are grouped together according to age, skill level and experience. Through competitions, game situations, small-sided games, and conditioning circuits, athletes progressively develop the foundation and habits that transfer to improved performance during games.

Ottawa South Basketball Club Summer Camp teaches basic skills and gets kids excited for practicing summer basketball. Participants get to connect with university, professional, and national team basketball coaches.

Panther Basketball Camp participants will learn the fundamentals of both individual and team play while being exposed to basic basketball theory through games and independent practice.

PGC Basketball Camps provide intense, no-nonsense basketball training designed to teach players of all positions to think the game and to be leaders on and off the court.

Thunderhoops Basketball Shooting Camp is in its 25th year of operation and is one of the largest basketball day camps in Ontario. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, Thunderhoops’ diversified program caters to the needs of all players. The camp teaches young people how to shoot the basketball and how to put themselves in a position to score. Improving campers’ confidence and self-esteem happens naturally through the programming at Thunderhoops.

Vytis Basketball Camp provides players with ample opportunity to work on their core basketball fundamentals while developing life-long team and leadership skills.

Watsa Basketball Camp has had nearly 5,000 players from across Canada and the United States attend their action-packed week of basketball training over the last 26 years. At camp, players can expect to improve their game through unique skill development stations, to play hard in daily competitions, and to find passion for life through inspiring activities.

The Ontario Tech Ridgebacks are hosting two basketball camps this August, providing opportunities for kids ages 7-17 in their separate camps from August 14-18.
The Basketball FUNdamentals camp is for ages 7-12 and will allow attendees to develop their fundamental basketball skills – shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding and defence. It will be a fun and high energy environment where the main focus is to develop a love for the sport of basketball.
The Basketball High Performance camp is for ages 13-17 and is designed with the goal in mind to enhance athletes skill development and basketball IQ. While improving on court skills, athletes will also have the opportunity to learn the technical aspects of the game through film study. This camp will have a competitive but fun environment encouraging athletes to push themselves to their limit.

As a not-for-profit organization, g.a.b.’s mission is to educate, empower, and build confidence in female youth to lead healthy lifestyles through the game of basketball.
They lead and promote the importance of post-secondary education with an emphasis in pursuing a career in Business & Health related fields. They encourage a healthy active living by teaching basketball skills to female youth to enhance their level of physical fitness and participation in the sport.
In addition, they provide mentorship and leadership opportunities for female youth to explore and offer various life skills sessions in order for youth to be successful on and off the basketball court.

The Etobicoke Basketball Association regularly hosts first-aid clinics, coaching clinics, coaching certification workshops, and a variety of fundraising and sponsorship initiatives designed to increase their capacity for community outreach. Additionally, the EBA has entered into the business of hosting their own tournaments, as well as selected divisions of the Ontario Cup (Provincial Championships) for the past number of years.
