Confirming proof should be done the same manner prescribed by O. Vaughan Sportsplex

Address: 8301 Keele St, Concord, ON L4K 1Z6

Effective December 18th, spectators will no longer be permitted at Vaughan Sportsplex. We regret having to make this decision, but our main concern is to offer a safe environment for all participants. Please drop your player off no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of their game/practice and pick them up outside after their game/practice has finished. Please be advised that only valid proof of vaccination or proof of medical exemption will be accepted to enter.

1) We need to ensure everyone attending the facility, including spectators, over the age of 12 are required to show proof of double vaccination.  A wrist band will be handed out by our staff once they verify their vaccine information.  We also require everyone to fill out our Covid-19 Declaration Form on the day of the tournament.  This can be found on our website, www.gtasportsplex.com

2) We ask that you have your organizers set up near our door with the Red Canopy, closest to the garage door.  We will show you this when you arrive.

3) Once the check in/sign in is completed at the Canopy Door, we ask that everyone walk along the east side of our building and enter from Entrance/Exit Door #1.  Once here, they will show their wristbands to the staff and enter into the facility.

4) We are at a full facility capacity of 540 persons.  With that being said, you can have a total of 200 people.  We do have a staff that does a head count and once we reach capacity, we do stop people from entering the facility.

5) Once the games are completed, we ask that all members of the teams along with spectators, exit the facility.  This will allow an easy transition for the next set of teams and spectators to come in.  They will be able to enter the facility once the games are completed.  We DO NOT allow anyone to enter a half hour beforehand.
