Ontario Basketball is helping our members to Get Out And Hoop this summer by creating a resource for finding and mapping public outdoor basketball facilities in your neighbourhood.
How to participate:
- First, check that your court is not yet on the map. If it isn’t there, gather the information needed in the Outdoor Court data tracking form or take it with you to your local outdoor court.
- Fill in the information about your neighbourhood outdoor court the best you can. Remember to practice physical distancing and respect public & private property rules.
- Log on to our Outdoor Court SmartSheet Form and enter the information you collected on the data tracking sheet.
- An OBA staff member will add your local court on the map based on the data you submit!
Examples of public outdoor basketball courts include: schools, community centres, public parks.
