Notice of Meeting – 2022 Ontario Basketball Semi-Annual Meeting of Members
To all Active / Affiliate / Honorary Members (“Voting Members”) of Ontario Basketball:
The Ontario Basketball Board of Directors would be very pleased if you would participate in the following Semi-Annual Members’ Meeting:
2022 Semi Annual Meeting of Members
Date: Saturday, December 3, 2022
Time: 11:00 a.m.
Location: SAMM will take place virtually via GoToMeeting. Attendees must register through Eventbrite to receive the GoToMeeting link.

2. OBA Bylaw 1 Amendment (PDF) – outline of proposed amendment to OBA Bylaw 1
3. SAMM Ballot / Proxy Form (PDF) – As per By-Law 1 of Ontario Basketball, as a Voting Member, you have the right to vote for the proposed amendment to OBA Bylaw 1 to remove the proxy voting system from the OBA Bylaws. You may vote by proxy or in person at the meeting. For voting instructions, refer to page one of the Ballot/Proxy Form [.pdf]. NOTE: Active membership (i.e. the eligible voter base) was very low in 2021-22, so eligible voters will include anyone who was/is an active member of Ontario Basketball between September 1, 2020 and October 31, 2022.
