The position will also lead the annual external audit, maintain strong financial policies and procedures, and oversee reporting requirements for grants, government funding and charitable donation receipting.

Beyond financial operations, the role will support Board and committee governance, oversee payroll and benefits, and help lead organizational risk management, insurance and business continuity planning. The Director will guide and develop staff, strengthen financial systems and processes, and help identify revenue opportunities that support OBA’s programs and strategic priorities.
