Canada Basketball Hosting U19 Open Tryout
Canada Basketball’s Men’s High Performance Program will be conducting open tryouts for the 2019 Junior Men’s (U19) National Team beginning Saturday, June 8th at Humber College North Campus.
The tryouts are open to Canadian male athletes born on January 1, 2000 or later, who have a valid Canadian passport. Players will be assessed by National Team coaches for potential inclusion in the Training Camp, immediately following the open tryout.
This summer, Canada Basketball’s U19 team will travel to Heraklion, Greece, and defend Canada’s 2017 FIBA U19 Gold Medal. The full list of dates are below. NOTE, It is important to discuss the schedule with your school and make sure you do not have any conflicts, prior to the open tryout!
To register, please follow the link below. A signed copy of the insurance waiver is attached, and will need to be completed and signed by the athlete and handed it at registration on June 8th.
