Announcing 2023 OBA Championship Hosts!
Ontario Basketball is pleased to announce today the list of host communities for the 2023 OBA Championships.
“We are very excited to announce our 2023 Championship host clubs and communities from across the province,” said Mike Barbin, Director, Clubs & Competitions. “We want to thank everyone who put forward an offer to host these events, and we’re really looking forward to working with this group of hosts and partners for spring 2023.”

As an annual culmination to the club basketball season, Ontario Basketball organizes and stages the Ontario Basketball Championships, which are open to all member clubs. Teams entered into the Ontario Basketball Championships are made up of community “rep” and club team programs. Ontario Basketball offers a competitive playing environment by hosting competitions in various divisions, with Provincial Championships being the highest level of competition. Each level is offered to male and female athletes in nine age categories from U10 to U19.
Leading up to Championships, Ontario Basketball will profile each host community on their reason for hosting, what to look forward to, local attractions and more.
