In Memory of Patrick Brown

The basketball community has lost a giant.

Patrick Brown didn’t just teach the game; he mentored the person. Whether he was guiding a young kid or advising an experienced coach, Patrick’s standards were the gold standard.
​He was a man who did great things in silence, never seeking praise for the hours he sacrificed.

While Patrick would never brag about his impact, the OBA will. We are forever grateful for the kids he helped, the organizations he strengthened, and the motivation he provided to us all.
