Training camp, originally to be held in Edmonton, will move to Tampa, FL in recognition of the COVID-19 pandemic and related quarantine protocols. Training camp is scheduled for May 20 to June 4 in Tampa.

The Canadian women’s team has been on the podium for eight of the last nine FIBA AmeriCups and will look to continue this streak in Puerto Rico. Canada is presently ranked 4th in the FIBA World Rankings, behind 1) USA, 2) Australia, and 3) Spain. The draw for who the team will face in the group stage will be held later this month.
